Unit 1: Exploring ideas for Craft

AO1.1 Casie attended a lecture / presentation from 3 artists presenting their short film / animation work. Casie has completed a worksheet reviewing the presentation in her folder. 



AO 1.2 Completed PowerPoint and Mood board in folder show Casie's ideas and research to help with her own craft idea (final piece).

AO 1.3 Completed worksheet assessing positive and negative aspects of artists work in folder.

Unit 2: Explore materials and tools to support craft ideas

Light photography and editing

Wet clay used to make pot using coil technique.

AO 2.3 Final project: video portrait:
Casie has made a very honest and very endearing video portrait that tells the viewer all about her, from birth to present day.  Tackling issues such as depression and autism as well as friendship, interests and education.  Photos and videos are combined with text, music and voice over to make a powerful piece of film work.
The work will be exhibited in the end of year art and media exhibition.
